Showing the child love and being patient. If a child feels that you are a person they can trust and feel comfortable around then they thrive. And that is what parents need is to know their child is loved and thriving. I miss my little buddy terribly and it took me a while to decide if I wanted to be a nanny again. The heartache of leaving was painful. But now I miss the happiness I had when I was a nanny.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Oh my goodness there are so many! When my buddy was about 6 months old he was in his walker and I was making popping sounds with my mouth and he was laughing so hard. it was hilarious!
