The children matter. Being a nanny is being a wonderful addition to help shape a family. I follow the parents’ style because it’s how they want their child(ren) to be raised and I love being an addition to that. I always say “Be the person you wished you had”, and that is what truly matters.
The most important part about being a nanny...
is when the oldest of two, was having a terribly rough day. Accidentally, kept running into things causing her little moments of defeat and frustration. I remember she sat down next to me after we made it through and she told me “I love you” and gave me the biggest hug! I couldn’t believe it and very grateful.
