I feel like the most important part about being a nanny is having a good bond with the kids but also respected boundaries with them as well. On both ends, no matter how small they are. If they may have a line that they don't want people to cross it's important for the sitter to know and respect that line and not cross it. Instead, they should redirect the situation and find a solution to the problem!
