One of my favorite babysitting memories was making waffles with the kids I was watching. We had a lot of fun, and it was nice getting to spend time together. Another moment that meant a lot to me was when one of the kids didn't want me to leave after babysitting all day, it made me happy knowing they enjoyed having me there.
