Activities I enjoy doing with children...

For indoor activities, with younger kids I like doing things like building forts, playing with toys or reading. Maybe watch a movie depending on parent’s preference on electronics. For older kids I like getting out a board game or teaching news skills like piano, baking, magic tricks, etc.

For outdoor activities I enjoy going to the park and going on the playground with younger kids or playing basketball with older kids. If parents are comfortable swimming as well. I also like letting the kids play with bikes or scooters or walk around if allowed.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny to me is communication. I like communication for what the parents would like me to do as a nanny like cooking, cleaning, no screens, outdoors rules, etc. and communication on my side as well on how the kids were or if there were in hiccups like tantrums or arguments between siblings. For me communication can prevent and solve a lot of issues.

My experience with special needs children...

My younger brother has autism and type 1 diabetes, that has given me 4 years of experience in medical special needs as well. I’ve changed his medical devices and given him his medication when needed. For babysitting I’ve taken care of a special needs child for about a year as well.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment is when I was caring for a toddler and he refused to leave my side, I thought it was really cute on how wherever I went in the house he wanted me to carry him.
