My favorite nanny moment would have to be when I was watching a low functioning autistic young man that was not speaking and was having a hard time communicating with his mother and after a few weeks of being his nanny he was picking up on different signs and he was able to go to his mom and tell her he was hungry and just seeing her eyes fill with joy and happiness was and will always warm my heart
