I enjoy finding creative activities to do with children that are age appropriate. Infants and Toddler learn through their senses, I choose activities that will engage them them by using their sense of touch and that is visually stimulating. Every child is unique, it's important to observer what interest each child and plan activities that meet their needs.
My experience with special needs children...
My experience with special needs came by becoming a Substitute Teacher Aide at a special needs school. In that position I worked with young children and the teacher using their IEP as the guide to their daily activities. Students participated in group learning, yoga and outside play.
