I have extensive experience as a nanny for various ages of children from infant to teens. My approach is very nurturing and with open communication. I work on contract and may ask for character references after a few bad experiences as a nanny prior to accepting a position. Weekly or biweekly payroll requested. I am not cheap but I work very hard to make your home life easier. There is room for negotiation on pay however due to work experience I do not go below $20/hour with a 4 hour minimum per day.
