I've been in any for 24 years and the longest family I worked for as a full-time Nanny was 5 years and I still do date nights for them.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I like going to various parks around Pacific Beach such as Fanuel park, Kate sessions, and PB rec. I also like going to the library for toddler Story Time and music class. G3 kids gym is also a fun place to go on occasion. I'm always out and about taking the kids on an adventure or even just a walk to get some fresh air if the weather is not fantastic.
I'm also a big fan of reading books with the kids and doing age-appropriate activities whether it's Legos, flashcards or stacking blocks.

I volunteered at a daycare in Canada and there was a special needs child but other than that I do not really have experience.
The most important part about being a nanny...
There's way too many to list. When they are learning to write or draw a picture and I'm included in the family picture it's super cute. I've also had where they just look at me and tell me they love me. It makes my heart melt.
