Children's energy should be consumed by activities that benefit them, and that is why I enjoy taking them to the library or museums where they can interact with other children and share ideas; to the park so they can create in them strong and agile children; and activities where their brains are a factory of ideas such as creating projects with recycled materials, puzzles, painting, reading, etc.
