The most important thing of being a nanny is actually bonding with the child , it’s not gonna be easy so you take your time or to get to know the child , know what the child likes and needs and wants. They actually hav Eric be comfortable around you , to talk to you laugh with you and be able to have fun with you being there for them is one of the coolest things and it really touches my heart .
