I’ve worked with children with autism, Down syndrome, and selective mutism! I’ve always had a desire to make everyone feel seen so I’ve always found a special connection with the children who have special needs at the centers I’ve worked at.

Not super specific because I’ve had many of these moments, but once I experience a child being excited to see me after we’ve gotten to know each other, I could never forget the feeling. I always hope the excitement is because they know that they will not only have fun, they will learn through curiosity, and feel my love through my support & teaching.

I have worked with kids with behavioral issues but have yet worked with kids with special needs. I also have 2 dogs and have worked at a doggy daycare, so I'm more than comftorable being in a home with dogs. I can't wait to meet and provide for your family!
