The most important part about being a nanny is making the children I take care of feel safe, and comfortable. I want the children I nanny for to be able to embrace their curiosity and have fun, in an organized, and safe environment.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my most memorable memories as a nanny was taking a past family's children to a new park for the first time. It was very sweet to see the children explore the new park. They were able to watch fish in a stream, and climb and run around safely while having fun. But what was special to me was that the family felt comfortable enough with me as their children's nanny to allow me to take them to this new park. Since I was new to nannying, I was very grateful to have such a kind family to work for.
