The most important part about being a nanny...
In my eyes the most important part about being a nanny is being fully engaged, responsible, and present. This means being fully available to the children, and not being off in another world on my phone or distracted by my personal life. It means making them my priority in each moment i am with them. It means taking them seriously and getting to know who they are as individuals. Additionally it means being able to compassionately communicate and problem solve with them. Children deserve to be taken seriously and require an adults full attention to learn and thrive!

Laughing singing and playing together! Seeing their eyes light up when I walk in a room! Watching them grow and seeing the role I've had to play in that development! Gaining their trust! Just to name a few.
