"Belle has a great energy for kids! She is upbeat and fun to be around. My children looked forward to her coming over every day, which was crucial when looking for a nanny.
One of my favorite things about Belle is how approachable and open to communication she is. Because my job was so demanding, I had little time to communicate. When I did, Belle was always positive, receptive and willing to shift however I needed.
My kids are high energy and she did great keeping up! She was also really good about maintaining boundaries with them when needed, and redirecting if the kiddos got in disagreements. She was helpful when they napped by helping with light housekeeping, too."

I think the most important part of being a nanny is loving the kids. I look forward to my work as a nanny and miss the kids on weekends and days off and look forward to seeing them again.
My experience with special needs children...
I nannyed for a 12yr old boy with Down syndrome for about a year. It was very interesting seeing how he would work through issues and how routines really helped him and were very important to him.

One day I walked into work and two little girls came running up to me and jumped up on me and hugged me and told me they missed me and loved me and it warmed my heart and made me so happy. I have so many moments with kids where I am so touched and my heart is so full with a love for children and their creative minds, imagination and big hearts.
