I also have hands-on experience working with and volunteering alongside children with special needs. My background includes supporting children with developmental delays, sensory needs, and medical or therapeutic care plans. I’ve assisted families by coordinating and scheduling therapy appointments, transporting children to sessions, and helping carry out recommendations from OT, PT, speech, and behavioral therapists. I’m comfortable following individualized care plans, maintaining structured routines, and creating a calm, supportive environment where each child can thrive.
