Hi, I’m Anny Rivera! I’ve recently moved to Las Vegas and have always loved being around children. With over 10 years of teaching experience working with kids aged 4 to 12, plus several years as a babysitter, I’m passionate about helping children grow in a positive and nurturing environment. I also come from a big family with 32 cousins, and being one of the oldest, I gained a lot of hands-on experience caring for kids from a young age.

As a bilingual caregiver (English and Spanish), I enjoy sharing my language skills with children, helping them learn in fun and engaging ways. I’m highly organized, patient, and comfortable with children of all ages and personalities. Whether it’s playing games, helping with homework, or providing loving care, I’m dedicated to ensuring children have a great time while staying safe.

’ve always had a natural connection with children, growing up as one of the oldest of 32 cousins! My first job was babysitting, and from there, my passion for childcare grew. With over 10 years of experience as a teacher, I’ve had the pleasure of working with children of all ages, including those with special needs. I love engaging children in a variety of fun and educational activities. Whether it’s outdoor adventures like taking walks, visiting the park, or playing sports, I enjoy keeping kids active and exploring nature. I also love encouraging creativity through arts and crafts, coloring, and baking. Reading stories together is another favorite, as it sparks curiosity and helps develop language skills. I’m always excited to find new ways to keep children entertained while also supporting their growth and development.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a nanny for me is helping kids fully enjoy their childhood. I believe in letting kids be kids, allowing them to explore, play, and discover the world around them in a safe and nurturing environment. I want them to have the same joyful, carefree experiences that I had growing up, filled with laughter, imagination, and fun. Being part of that journey is incredibly rewarding for me, as I help create happy memories and a positive childhood experience

My experience with special needs children...

have hands-on experience caring for children with special needs, including my three cousins with autism, whom I interact with regularly and love dearly. Additionally, I’ve babysat children with ADHD and Asperger's, which has helped me develop patience and understanding of their unique needs. I focus on providing a supportive and nurturing environment, adapting activities and routines to ensure each child feels comfortable and valued.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny memories is from when my husband and I had just moved into our first home, and we didn’t have much furniture yet. A friend asked me to watch her kids, so we decided to play hide and seek. With minimal furniture, we had to get really creative with hiding spots, and it was hilarious watching the kids pick their spots and giggling as I pretended not to see them. It reminded me of playing games my parents played with me, and it was a wonderful, joyful moment that made the kids feel right at home
