A little bit about me

My name is Anthony Marton, and the purpose of writing this letter to your family is explaining the reasons why I would be an interested candidate. I am a great believer in learning, as well as learning new concepts used to explore the imagination. I have been so lucky to have two such teachers, one a Chemistry high school teacher, Mr. Steve Lantz and the other, a teacher at Silvermine Arts Center, Mr. Jack Kovatch. Mr. Kovatch was my mentor. The reason I bring these names up is because of how fortunate I was to have been taught by such positive and influential people. I cannot praise them enough. Also, Mr. Lantz, who dared me to imagine the tiniest of molecules and the understandings of math I did not realize I could formulate. Most importantly the way my parents raised my brother and I. They were always accepting, nurturing, and respectful of others and ourselves. They taught me never to discriminate, but at the same time have the wisdom to stand up for oneself.
