To me, the most important part of taking care of a child is to do it with love. If you don't love children, you shouldn't be a nanny. Like I said, I will love your child as my own!

I don't want to mention a specific memory because I have many, but something that's very gratifying to me is when the child (whether a baby or older) starts to recognize me as someone safe. It makes me happy when they start trusting me.
