Being a hairstylist allowed me the freedom to create my own schedule and be present for all the big moments in my boys life's once they started school. Before you know it, they're graduating and the role of parent takes a backburner.

I stopped doing hair after 25 years as a stylist due to physical strain building up on my body, & have tried my hand in the corporate world. I have no problem working full time, but I miss the innocence of little ones and how life is more about being present then dealing with power struggles.
