Creating a happy and healthy bond with a child is honestly so important because not only does that benefit you but the child also has another person to feel safe around while the parent(s) do what they can to sustain the household whether it be working or simply going out on the town for a mental break!

I personally have a cousin with special needs, he’s 14 now and I have helped him a ton growing up, even now. Simply treating him like a normal human being has brought us closer due to how many people have their own thoughts about special needs children.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I was able to take care this sweet baby boy (around 4 years old) and he loved to watch shows that were in a different language. I started off with Spanish then Hindi, then Korean! I was able to watch the child become more interested what each show was saying rather than simply thinking it’s English! Repeating words out of confusion while I try to help make out what they are saying was truly fulfilling!
