I started babysitting in middle school, and ever since it's been a job I've had going on in some capacity. I've watched younger cousins, neighbors, friend's kids, coworkers' kids etc. Through all that experience, I have cared for kiddos of different ages as well as for kiddos with special needs.

Arts and crafts as well as outdoor activities are my go-to! I love to stay fit, and given our beautiful backyard here in Colorado, kid-friendly outdoor adventures are always a hit.
