The most important part about being a nanny is having patience and being understanding. Children are extremely impressionable, so it's important that you really take your time with them when it comes to making important decisions. These are our future doctor's, lawyers, etc. We are molding the future, which is an honor - so we should be gentle with how they're being cared for.
