Hello! I’m an Air Force Veteran looking for a fresh start in the California area. I have 4 children who are enjoying a year with their grandparents to make up for time that was missed when I was Active Duty military. I fully understand the challenges of parenthood and believe that there is value in caring for a child in a home environment and am honored to be able to help in this way! I retired from Active Duty this past December and am currently pursuing my Masters in Psychology. Children are my passion and my purpose. I have more than enough love to give your children! I am friendly, caring, adaptable, empathetic, perceptive, patient, disciplined, motivated, very clean, organized and love to leave an impact on everyone that I encounter, especially children. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have have 4 children, and have babysat for friends and relatives. I am always “the babysitter”. I don’t have much of a social life and would much rather spend my time with kids anyway. I also volunteer to work with children whenever I can. I’ve worked with youth at church as well and have a history of caring for children since my younger sister was born.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy spending time with children in whatever form. I like to build a relationship with them, figure out what they like to do, and find ways to boost their creativity and imagination.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Children are such a blessing and that can not be overstated. I believe that God put me on this earth to care for them. Having a positive impact on children is the most important part of caring for them.

My experience with special needs children...

I have not had the pleasure of experiencing working with special needs children but I believe they are extraordinarily special. I am patient and am willing to listen and learn how to work with them. I would treat them how I would my own children; with love, patience, and acceptance!

The most important part about being a nanny...

When I look at the child and see who they are and what they have the potential to become. I love getting to know children and helping them discover themselves. The “lightbulb” moment for me is always my favorite.
