At the same time, I know how important it is for parents to feel at ease, especially when they’re balancing so much. I always try to be dependable, flexible, and really in tune with what each family needs. It’s not just a job to me—it’s about being part of the team that helps raise kind, confident kids.

I have personal experience caring for and spending time with my cousin, who has special needs. Through this, I’ve developed patience, empathy, and an understanding of the importance of consistency and clear communication. I’ve learned how to adapt activities to suit different abilities and how to create a supportive, encouraging environment where children feel safe and valued. This experience has given me a strong foundation for working with children who have diverse needs, and I’m comfortable providing both emotional and practical support.

The most important part about being a nanny...

During the holidays, we made homemade ornaments together. The kids were so proud to hang them on the tree, and their parents loved them too. It was a fun and meaningful activity that brought everyone together.
