When I was a nanny for a 2 year old girl named Gia, seeing her get on the bus the first time for kindergarten was a stand out moment, when she was getting on the bus, turned around and looked at me and said, " it's OK nanny Ashley I'll only be gone a couple hours, touched me she could see the sadness and worry in my face bc for the first time in years she was going to be in the care of others and gaining her independence away from me. I am still very u close to Gia today and she is now 13!!
