Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I helped care for a 6mo old for about 4 months 3-4 days per week, spent two weeks in Tx helping to care for my twin niece/nephew as newborns, and have helped with various friend's children ages newborn to 11 over the years. I worked September to February full time as a nanny for a now 15 month old and almost 3 year old. I am currently working with a 6 month old and 4 year old since February.

I have worked with an infant who had a delayed swallow and needed to have all liquids thickened and well as side fed to keep her healthy and happy. I am willing to learn necessary skills.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Anytime I can change a child's demeaner from upset to happy, it makes me feel the best. Seeing them light up when they learn something new is pretty cool too!
