Before I married, I held positions subbing at two early learning childcare centers whose curriculums were based around creative growth and hands on learning. I maintained each position for five+ years. I also have significant hands-on experience over years of enjoying watching and caring for my two nephews and niece who were aged 11 mo, 2 years and 7 years when I began helping care for them.
