A little bit about me

Hi there, I'm Ashley, and I'm looking to work as a babysitter full-time in Sidney, Montana. Now, to tell you a little bit about why I'd be a great fit for your little one or ones. First and foremost, safety comes first; no matter what; and you can entrust in me to keep your child, or children out of harms way. I was First Aid and CPR Certified, and I also have prior experience in the medical field, so any scenario that could happen, I'd be able to deal with calmly and effectively. Also, another significant reason of why you should choose me as your primary babysitter would be; I'm a child at heart. You can really tell when someone enjoys what there doing. I personally love to teach, communicate, and have fun while playing, or doing the every day tasks. One of the best feelings is making a child's day. Also, being a Mom is one of my proudest moments in life, and I know my experience as a Mom would make me a better babysitter because that bond with any child should be cherished.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love to incorporate activities, that get kids engaged and moving around. I'm a firm believer in no T.V. or electronics. So, activities like dancing, singing, playing outside, or going on a fun adventure would keep the kids entertained. When it's too cold to go outside I like to implement variety of activities like cooking or baking and getting them hands-on in the kitchen. Another fun, relaxing activity would be to have game day where the kids get to choose the games and we could play for a couple hours. There's so many ideas that are fun, but are also good for the minds. I'm one to incorporate both fun and learning in every activity.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The top priority of being a nanny would be safety. Starting from the very beginning the child/children relies on us to create a safe, and happy environment. If that high standard isn't met, chaos insues. The best way to insure that there's no chaos would be to child proof the living arrangement and be very attentive to the child/children's needs. Now, the amount of child-proofing and attentiveness depends on the child/children's age. For example, if there's a one year old there obviously needs to be more baby-proofing done compared to a seven year old. In conclusion, safety comes first and everything else will follow.
