Hello! My name is Ashley, and I’m a dedicated and compassionate 25-year-old childcare professional with a strong background in child development and behavioral support. I have roughly over a year of hands-on experience working with children ages 3 to 12, as a Registered Behavior Technician. My experience as an RBT has given me valuable skills in understanding and supporting children’s individual needs, especially when it comes to fostering positive behaviors and emotional well-being. I truly love working with kids it’s more than just a job for me. My goal is to leave a positive impact on every child and family I work with by creating a nurturing, respectful, and engaging environment. I am RBT-certified and also trained in First Aid and CPR (please note I am currently not certified in these, but I have received the training).
