Hello! My name is Ashley, and I’m a dedicated and compassionate 25-year-old childcare professional with a strong background in child development and behavioral support. I have roughly over a year of hands-on experience working with children ages 3 to 12, as a Registered Behavior Technician. My experience as an RBT has given me valuable skills in understanding and supporting children’s individual needs, especially when it comes to fostering positive behaviors and emotional well-being. I truly love working with kids it’s more than just a job for me. My goal is to leave a positive impact on every child and family I work with by creating a nurturing, respectful, and engaging environment. I love swimming, playing house or dress up. I love coloring or any other creative activities I can think of. I mostly try to do DIY projects with kids to help their imagination and creativity flourish.
