My experience with special needs children...
my nephew was diagnosed down-syndrome and i’ve helped care for him since i was younger. i live with my other sister and her daughter, my niece has been diagnosed autistic. i’ve helped raise her for her entire life, have a such a special bond. i help my younger sister with her majority of the time, i’m still learning of course just like anyone with a special needs child in their life. but she’s taught me so much already and i’m forever so greatful for this baby.
