I believe the most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable, valued, and cared for. Building trust with both the children and parents is very important, along with being patient, responsible, and understanding each child’s unique needs and personality.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was seeing a child I cared for become more confident and comfortable over time. At first, the child was very shy and struggled with communication and daily routines, but through patience, encouragement, and consistent support, I was able to build a strong bond with them. Watching the child smile more, participate in activities, and feel safe and happy around me was incredibly rewarding and reminded me why I love working with children.
