My name is Asia Bannister, and I was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida. Growing up, my parents instilled in me the values of perseverance, empathy, and lifelong learning, which have shaped both my personal and academic journey. I have always been motivated to achieve excellence and continuously strive to improve myself.

I earned my Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Early Childhood Education and continued my education at Florida International University (FIU) before transferring to Florida A&M University (FAMU) to further pursue my academic and professional goals in Education. Throughout my academic experience, I have developed strong skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork, all of which have prepared me to become an effective educator.

In my free time, I enjoy reading books from a variety of genres. Reading allows me to expand my knowledge, broaden my understanding of the world, and develop an appreciation for diverse cultures, perspectives, and ideas.

I have worked with special needs students, I also have some special needs students in my class and I show them the same love and respect everyone else gets. I do not leave anyone out, I also do extra learning activities and 1 on 1 coaching with them

The most important part about being a nanny...

I have a lot of memorable moment with my students. Some can be from when I clock out of work and tell them I love you guys and I will see you tomorrow they run and give me a hug and say we will miss you and blow me a kiss, which makes me shed a tear a little. Also, when I have to call out of work for being sick or anything and I come back the day after they will tell me they miss me and draw me things and tell me they were crying because I wasn't there. I have grew a bond with all of my students and I love them dearly
