A little bit about me

Hello, my name is Asia Dumas. I'm a mother of four great awesome young adults, and have 14 grandchildren. I'm none as the cool grandma. I've worked in childcare for ove 30 plus years as a teacher, cook, floater, asst. director and a director in many facilities including my own home daycare. I also raised 5 of my grandchildren that needed extra care during a tough personal time of one of my children. I will be 50 this month, i'm involved in my local church, and enjoy fun activities when i can do them. I love reading, arts, sports, science, nature, history, and going to the movies. In all, i've studied child development, and i'm always open to learning new things concerning children. I strongly believe children can learn as the play, and their intellectual, emotional, and physical well being should be always fostered as they grow. we can also learn alot from little people as they're exploring.
