In addition to my general childcare experience, I have a deep background in supporting children with unique needs. For four years, I was a nanny for a wonderful boy with Autism, which taught me the importance of routine, patience, and celebrating every small victory. In my current professional role as an SLPA, I work daily in SSN (Severe Special Needs) and SLS (Structured Learning Services) classrooms. I am very comfortable with neurodiversity, sensory processing needs, and alternative communication styles. My goal is always to create an environment where every child feels understood and supported.
