I am a fun loving person who tries to make the best out of every situation. I’ve worked with kids several times (unpaid) and for the most part I have a general idea on how kids, even special needs kids think. I know how to regulate myself and others when needed, and I find working with kids to be really rewarding. I am not fluent, but can also hold a simple conversation in ASL which I find many special needs kids are privy to. I am creative and can come up with solutions quickly and effectively.
