My experience with special needs children...
My experience with special needs children is extensive, and what I would consider my "specialty".
I'm very familiar, being one myself. I grew up around extremely neurodivergent and autistic children, so it's nothing new to me. I've never felt it to be a struggle to understand and level with individuals with auditory processing disorders, temperament disorders, physically disabled individuals, or anything within that range. I'm adaptable and care greatly about the comfort of anyone under my care; I can accommodate anything.
I'll never accept a job I think I may not be able to handle, rest assured. The safety, comfort, and well-being of your child(ren) is my main goal and concern.
