A little bit about me

Hello, my name is Austin. Born and raised in southern Colorado, I moved to Denver to pursue a career in personal training. After 10 years of training and dedicating much of myself to fitness, I find myself needing to break up the monotony of gym life. Fitness is great—I’ll always have my foot in that door. Kids and young athletes are some of my favorite and most rewarding clients. With my background, I bring a unique experience: not only taking care of and making sure your child is safe, but I aim to be a top-notch role model who brings a fun, logical, sustainable approach to health and physical activity. I understand that everyone has their own approach to child care. Working and learning from the child’s parents is a part of the job that excites me, giving me the opportunity to broaden my knowledge.
