More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I nannied for the same family of three children for 10 years, from 2009 to 2019. The kids grew up with me from ages 5, 3 and 2 to high school. I made meals, grocery shopped, Christmas shopped and wrapped gifts, provided light housekeeping, transported the kids to and from school and other activities, tutored them, and more, through various home renovations and even some crisis situations. I was flown to South Pasadena several times to care for the children while their parents were out of the country. I continued to provide home care and occasional housesitting until the oldest graduated high school. In addition, I have babysat for many other families over the years, as well as having nieces and nephews of my own.

I grew up loving to read, so I love reading with kids and helping them learn to read using phonics. Creative activities such as singing, songwriting, dance and arts and crafts. Outdoor activities like baseball, swimming, going for walks/hikes, taking them to the park or beach.
