The most important part about being a nanny...
I think setting clear boundaries and rules for kids but also communicating and listening too them is important. I think having an understanding of being firm when you need too and being understanding and letting them being creative is important.
My experience with special needs children...
I have never worked with special needs children but am willing to learn and execute whatever is told too me. I'm neurodivergent myself and can understand alot of things I go through myself such as anxiety, Autism, Adhd, etc. Any other disabities physical or otherwise I will absolutely learn to help the best I can to help the child.
