Is making sure the kids are safe so the parents won't have to worry about their kids getting hurt. And making sure the parents have a fun time out knowing their kids are in great hands!

My experience with special needs children...

My sister is down syndrome, I watch her a lot. I have watched my partners siblings as well who are both down syndrome, one is non verbal and I am able to communicate without words.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Watching kids have fun, my hardest one is watching kids cry when I leave. I have had shy kids want me to hold them.
