A little bit about me

My name is Avery and I am 20 years old! I am currently attending college at ACC. I have experience taking care of children between the ages of 3-13. I often care for my 2 brothers who are now (3-4) since they where about 1 years old. I sparsely do babysitting jobs and enjoy spending lots of time outdoors along with reading, coloring and other fun activities with the kids. I have a service puppy (golden retriever) in training who adores children if there will ever come a time for a play date at a local park! When it comes to house work, cleaning, laundry, dishes etc. are no issue! Although some kiddos may be picky, I deeply enjoy cooking/baking healthy treats and meals while including them in the process. I am available Monday-Friday (mornings work best) anywhere between 8am-2pm. If times fluctuate, I can be flexible. I am also available for transportation (pickup and drop off). Lastly, I am so excited and eager to spread the fun and get started with your sweet kiddos!

I often care for my little brother who is now 3 when our dad is at work. Mostly taking him for walks along with cooking and cleaning up. We enjoy playing with play dough together while listening to his favorite songs.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy cooking and baking healthy meals whilst having fun teaching kiddos how to help! Spending quality time outdoors, along with reading and coloring are a some of my favorite ways to create a fun experience for the kids.

My experience with special needs children...

When in high school, I alongside a teacher helped take care of a sweet girl who had autism. Mostly helping her with homework and getting around to each of her classes.
