While cooking lunch for the kids, we were talking about different foods. I said at one point lightheartedly, "Ooh, I hate brussel sprouts," and the 5-year-old girl responded with the utmost concern in her eyes, "You shouldn't hate things. Hate has no place in my heart." I cherish that moment because it was such a simple idea that applies so much in life. And I love moving in life only with the intentions of love.
