One of my favorite nanny moments was during my time as an au pair in Greece caring for a two-year-old child. Over time, I watched her become more confident, curious, and independent through the routines, learning activities, and trust we built together each day. One especially meaningful moment was hearing her excitedly repeat new words and proudly show her parents skills we had practiced together.
