"We were incredibly fortunate to have Ayla care for our children. As a mom of twin one-year-old and a four-year-old finding someone dependable, organized and nurturing is so important. She exceeded every expectation. She was always professional, punctual and an excellent communicator. She listened to our preferences, as parents can consistently follow through, which gave us so much peace of mind. Most importantly, our kids absolutely adored her. They look forward to seeing her every morning. She brought so much energy, fun and excitement to their days while providing structure and care, despite managing three young children, she always made time for one-on-one attention with each child, making them all feel so special and loved. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Any family would be lucky to have her."

More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have cared for children in a variety of settings beyond private nannying. I worked as a paraprofessional supporting children with autism, developmental differences, and medical needs in a school setting. I completed an internship at a Montessori preschool, where I gained hands-on experience fostering independence through a child-led approach. I also volunteered in my church’s children’s ministry, caring for infants through school-aged children, and served as a chaperone for youth events with the teen ministry. Growing up with a sister nine years younger than me gave me years of hands-on experience helping care for a younger child from infancy through childhood. These experiences have helped me become a patient, dependable, and adaptable caregiver who is comfortable supporting children of all ages and abilities.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love encouraging children’s natural curiosity through arts and crafts, hands-on science experiments, music, dancing, sensory play, and outdoor adventures. I enjoy following each child’s interests and letting them take the lead as they explore, create, and learn. When appropriate, I also love taking children on fun outings like swimming, visiting splash pads, parks, libraries, museums, and other age-appropriate adventures that encourage learning and confidence through real-world experiences.
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental and medical needs through my work as a paraprofessional in a school setting. In that role, I learned the importance of patience, flexibility, clear communication, and adapting activities to meet each child’s unique needs and abilities. My most recent nanny position also involved caring for a child with special medical needs, I was responsible for safely administering prescribed medication and providing daily updates to their parents regarding medication, routines, and overall well-being. My goal is always to create an environment where children feel safe, capable, and supported. I understand that every child is different, and I enjoy partnering closely with families to learn the routines, strategies, and accommodations that help their child thrive. My goal is always to provide compassionate, individualized care while building trust, confidence, and meaningful relationships with every child I care for.
