Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I began nannying for my neighbor's child when I was just 12 years old. That family had 2 more children in the coming years so I was a nanny of 3 for years until the eldest was old enough to watch his siblings. Approximately 4 years.
Later, I became the nanny of a 6 month old girl and was with her weekly for 3 years. I also watched her sister for a couple years when she was born.
I worked with a teenage boy who had special needs for 1 year until he graduated high school.
Finally, I worked with a 4 year old girl until now as needed. She is 10.
I have also been a summer camp counselor at Camp WaTam and a summer camp for kids with special needs. I love working with children!

I love taking little walks outdoors doing things such as smelling flowers and talking about different things we see and find along the way. I love interactive activities that encourage learning. I also love reading and cooking! I prefer to stay engaged and keep screen time to a minimal.
