The most important part of being a nanny is building trust with both the children and their parents. I want every child to feel safe, loved, and supported while they are in my care. Watching children grow, learn new skills, and become more confident is the most rewarding part of my job. I also believe that good communication with parents is essential so we can work together to give each child the best care possible.

One of my favorite nanny moments was when a shy little child who cried every morning at drop-off started running to give me a big hug instead. Seeing that child feel safe, happy, and excited to spend the day with me reminded me why I love working with children. Moments like that make childcare truly rewarding.
