The most important part about being a nanny...

Both the Nanny and child must have good connection. Weither that be during play time or even being in the same room. Its important that they both feel comfortable with one another along with enjoying their time togeather! A nanny is another role model so to make sure the right individual is setting a good example for your child is important!

My experience with special needs children...

I have worked with special needs children and adults for over 7 years! I have worked with YMCA, UIR (Unique Individual Ranch), NFU (North Fulton United), Perfect Harmony, Ect. Not only have a been a camp counselor but also a soccer coach, were I motivate my players to be the best version of themselves on and off the field. The most important part about being a nanny...

When I spend time with others I have enough memories to write a book. Through multiple experiences have I been told by parents "It feels so good as a parent to see my child be cared for the way you do!" there are two memories I would love to share. Summer 2024 I was a camp counselor at a special needs camp, A mother approached me and proceeded to tell me that everyday her child came home he would talk about his day and the day he had with Ms.Brooke (myself) she explained how it was so tough for her child to fit it and that I was one of the few people she now trusted with her child, to hear he was having an amazing time at camp warmed my heart! Another memorie is a collection of multiple memories. While at another summer camp everytime I would come in all the kids would run up to hug me and tell me how excited they were that I was going to be their counselor again. I enjoy every moment I have with someone and look forward to making more memories!
