The most important part about being a nanny...
I used to help out for a very big family in California. One girl who was 8, another girl who was 4, and a baby boy who was 5 months. The girls always thought they would be able to babysit their younger brother all alone. So one day while I was making lunch, the kids were in the living room watching tv, and I walk over to the youngest girl to hand her food, and she has the baby boy in her hands trying to get him to stop crying by rocking him in her arms. I thought it was such a sweet moment to witness.
