"We were incredibly fortunate to have Bailey care for our two daughters, a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old. She was a loving and dependable person. A calm presence in our home, and our girls adored her.
Bailey has a natural ability to connect with children, balancing warmth and affection with patience and structure. She kept our kids engaged through creative play, reading, and outdoor activities. We always felt confident that our girls were safe and happy in her hands.
Bailey gave us that peace of mind, she was also consistently reliable, communicative, and professional. She became an important part of our family's daily life and treated our children with genuine care and kindness. The girls really miss her since she moved out of state, we all miss her.
Any family would be lucky to have her as their nanny. We highly recommend her and are happy to serve as a reference."

More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
In addition to 15 years of babysitting across a variety of ages and family settings, I served as a teacher's assistant for a first-grade classroom during high school, supporting daily instruction and helping manage a full classroom environment. That experience gave me a strong foundation in age-appropriate learning, structure, and patience.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Arts and crafts, painting, drawing, and collaging are some of my favorites. My Art History background makes creativity feel natural. I love outdoor play, nature walks, and exploring parks. Reading together is a big one for me, and I enjoy making story time an experience rather than just a routine. I also love active play and finding ways to keep kids moving and engaged. I also practiced ballet for ten years, so I love dancing as well!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Building genuine trust with both the children and the family. Kids thrive when they feel safe and truly understood, and parents deserve complete confidence in who's caring for their child. I take that responsibility seriously every single time.
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience caring for a child with autism and ADHD. I provided a safe and supportive environment, ensured he took his medication properly, and cared for his daily and emotional needs with patience and understanding.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One summer I worked with a young boy who was learning to read. We went through a book together a little bit each day, and when he finally finished it on his own for the first time, it was one of the most rewarding moments I've had as a caregiver. Helping him reach that milestone is something I still think about. It's why I love this path of work.
